What is free?
Lots! We offer many free resources for Explorer Families and educators: printable guides, character cards, coloring pages, sample packets, the Color With the Cast studio, and Build a Story. Our books and full activity packs are paid products, but there is plenty to explore for free.
Orders & Shipping
How are books made? Our books are printed to order, so please allow a little extra time for printing before shipping. Digital items are delivered instantly.
Can I track my order? Yes. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.
Do you offer bulk or classroom pricing? Yes. Discounts apply on larger orders and the full series bundle. See the Enchanted Emporium or contact us for school and library orders.
Returns & Damaged Items
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We will make it right. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and box, and we will send a replacement. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
